On July 10, 2025, Grade 2 students enjoyed the Dazzling Drink activity, where they creatively made refreshing summer beverages such as buttermilk, salted lassi, jaljeera, lemonade, coconut water with mint, cucumber mint cooler, and watermelon juice. These nutritious, no-sugar drinks not only quenched their thirst but also taught them important lessons about healthy food choices. As they mixed ingredients, shared their drinks, and enjoyed the tasty results, they gained a better understanding of healthy beverages. This fun, hands-on activity reinforced healthy eating habits and supported SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being. It also encouraged creativity and practical learning, making nutrition education enjoyable and memorable for the students.
