Mr. Ravi Vira Gupta served as an IAS officer and joined the Indian Administrative Services in 1962. He served in key positions at various levels in the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Government of India and also served as the Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India for three years. Actively associated with institutions promoting education and culture, Mr. Gupta has been the key member of many educational committees over the years. As the Chairman of DPS, GBN he has steered DPS, GBN on the path of growth and success.

Mr. Arvind Varma began his illustrious career in 1963 as an officer of the Indian Administrative Service and superannuated on Oct 31, 2000. His career path saw him hold offices as Collector & District Magistrate, Divisional Commissioner and Secretary/Principal Secretary to the Uttar Pradesh in various departments. He also served as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Special Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs and Secretary in the Ministries/Departments of Coal, Personnel, Mines and Chemicals & Petrochemicals. After superannuation, he had served as the Chairman of various Committees and Task Forces set up by the Government of India. Over the past few years he has been associated with the non-alcoholic beverage industry.

Mrs. Reva Nayyar

Mrs. Reva Nayyar is an IAS officer of the 1968 batch from the Haryana cadre. With over 30 years of experience in public administration and human resource management, she has been closely engaged at both the central and state government levels. During her tenure as the Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Woman & Child Development from 2004 to 2006, she played a crucial role in implementing legislation focused on women and children. Notably, she contributed to the enactment of the Domestic Violence Act 2005, the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005 (POCSO), and the National Plan of Action for Children 2005.

After retiring from active public administration services, Mrs. Nayyar continues to contribute her time and energy to national and international educational institutes and NGOs. Her efforts are directed towards ensuring qualitative learning, promoting entrepreneurship, and environmental literacy. She has served on the boards of several key organizations and has held the position of Chairperson at Bal Sahyog, a Delhi-based NGO under the PMO for over 13 years, appointed by the Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh in November 2010.

Ms. Vineeta Nayyar

An educationist, Ms Nayyar, is the Managing Director and the School Governor of Victory Heights Primary School in Dubai. She is the Director of The Wonder Years Nursery, Dubai as well. Before establishing herself as a visionary educationist, she worked as a corporate lawyer. Her first employment was as a solicitor with CMS Cameron McKenna, London. She later joined the Berkshire Hathaway group in Switzerland as Senior Contract Manager. Ms Vineeta has been educated in the United Kingdom. She holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MA from the University of Bristol, as well as her post-graduate legal qualifications (CPE and LPC) from the College of Law, London.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar

Mr Kumar joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1978 and during his tenure, he worked at different positions in the state of Uttar Pradesh as well as under the Government of India. He superannuated as Secretary, Govt of India in the year 2015. He is known for his expertise in policy formulation and implementation in Food Sector (Food Security and Management), Social Sector (Child Rights, Child Protection and Adoption), and Education and Renewable Energy.

Dr. Sudipta Ghose

Dr Sudipta Ghose, M.Sc. (Physics), M.Ed., Ph.D. is Associate Professor in the Department of Education, SPM College (Delhi University). She has been a Visiting Professor in the Department of Education in Utica College, Utica, New York State, USA. She also has a Masters in International Protection of Human Rights from Utica College. Her specializations lie in the areas of Science Education; Cognition and Learning; Gender; Human Rights; and Special Education. She has presented papers in conferences held in London, Nicosia (Cyprus), Thessaloniki (Greece) and at various places in India. She has worked as Consultant on various Government sponsored projects related to education. She has also delivered talks and conducted workshops for various schools in India. She has publications in National and International journals.

Ms Veena Khosla is a seasoned Educator, Pedagogical Specialist & Administrator. Her vast experience of over 5 decades in education and passion for teaching is augmented by her empathy for children and their problems. She believes that early learning years are the most important ones for a sound foundation of life. Ms Khosla served as the Founder Administrator & Headmistress of Delhi Public Infant School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. During her tenure, she took on the additional responsibility to start four Delhi Public Schools, namely, Manali, Ranchi, Aligarh and Jodhpur. Her teaching career began in London at the Middlesex County School in 1965 and she also taught over a decade in Cathedral & John Connon School, Mumbai and gained expertise in all aspects of Schooling. She also worked as the Founder Principal & Administrator with Pumpkin House Early Learning Childhood Education Centres for fifteen years.

Mr. Shivanand is an accomplished Leader who, for many years, has proved his mettle in the Corporate Sector. With over 3+ decades of experience across diverse industries in the Public Sector Undertaking, Joint Venture Company of the Government of India and the Private Sector, he is known for his sharp business acumen and people management skills. He was formerly associated with Tech Mahindra Ltd as the Global Procurement and Infrastructure Head and is presently serving as the Director of Mahindra Educational Institutions. During his 12 years of association with Tech Mahindra, he was one of the dynamic Game Changers and effectively spearheaded numerous consolidation and cost optimization drives on a global-scale, instrumental in creating large Campuses across the Country. He also served as Director in Tech Mahindra BPO Ltd and Satyam Venture Engineering Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to Tech Mahindra, he has served in Petronet LNG Ltd as the General Manager (Commercial & Marketing), Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India) and the GAIL (India) Ltd. During his association with PLL, DGH and GAIL, he was an active Member of various Steering Committees/Working Groups/Task Forces and was leading large commercial and contractual negotiations. Mr. Shivanand holds an MBA Degree with specialization in Marketing, Master’s Degree in Public Administration and PG Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.

Mr. J L Bajaj has had a distinguished career with Indian Administrative Service during which he held important positions in the area of Finance , Planning and Infrastructure development. As a member of Finance Ministry in Government of India, he was responsible for negotiations with multilateral institutions identifying and structuring financial instruments for external commercial borrowing and investment in India. Prior to that he held the post of Finance Secretary and Planning Secretary and Agriculture Production Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh. Before joining the civil service he taught in Delhi University for about three years. After retirement he was responsible for setting UP Electricity Regulatory Commission as Chairman. He has also been a Distinguished Fellow at The Energy Research Institute and a Senior Consultant in Delhi Policy Group and National Council of Applied Economic Research New Delhi. He has authored four books and several articles on Public Policy and Administration.

She is extremely data-driven and believes in the power of data to examine impediments and improve progress in all spheres of school functioning. She is determined towards school ‘turn-arounds’ and turning challenges into exemplary success stories.

She is an M.Sc. B.ed with advanced validations for teacher and leadership trainings from IECS, British Council India, NPTEL- IIT Madras, Institute of Psychotherapy and Management Sciences, Global Career Counselling Certification from UCLA, Quality Council of India (NABET) – School Academic and Audit Assessor Certification. She has been associated with the British Council as a Training Consultant for 21st-century core Skills and a British Council School Ambassador since 2013.
