Celebrating multifarious cultures and festivals symbolizes the unity and integrity in a community, which is something DPS, GBN takes pride in. To commemorate the occasion of Eid –ul-Fitr, the students of class V organized a Special Assembly on July 21, 2015 enlightening the students about the importance and spirit of the festival. The event was attended by Mr. S M Khan, Director General, Registrar Newspapers for India (RNI) as the Chief Guest and Mr.

The School’s very first- The Talent Hunt- An Extravaganza was organised in the School today where the students of classes III to X showcased their talents in various categories. 
The Hunt was organised to scour out the hidden talents all across the School. Whether it was in Arts, Music, Dance, Drama or Literary Expression or the Sciences- the idea was to explore and discover these skills amongst our students. 

2nd Face to Faith  Video Conference was held on 3rd Feb 2015. The agenda of the VC was “The power of Story Telling”. It began with the facilitator introducing the special guest of the day – Ms Charlie Kane who is an  artist and storyteller with  a  background  in  arts  therapy.
 

DPS-GBN celebrated Hindi Week from 8th-12th Dec, 2014. During Hindi Week Students from class I to IX participated in various Activities. It concluded with a content rich event on 12th Dec, 2014 where many students presented Hindi Language through Suvichaar, Geet, Speeches, Street-play Radio-Show, brief history of famous Hindi poets like Kabeer, Tulsi, Soor and Meera Bai. Quiz on Hindi Counting, Poster Making was a great fun. It also included message on Cleanliness promoting Swachh Bharat.

Building the national character is the biggest challenge facing our nation today. This is what the students of Delhi Public School, GBN realised and vowed to do after listening to PM Narendra Modi's speech on the occasion of Teacher's Day. The students stayed back in the school with all the teachers as special arrangements were made for everyone to listen to the PM's speech together.

On 26 Sept 2014 a comprehensive work experience classes were cunducted for class III to V. Activities include  Skating, Basketball, Cricket, Taekwondo, Dance, Vocal Music, Western Music, Drums, Art, Yoga and many others. Students immensely enjoyed all of the W.E. activities as a change after their SA1 Examination days.
