2nd International Yoga Day

DPS GAUTAM BUDDH NAGAR Celebrated International Yoga Day on 30 th May 2016.The students of classes 6 th to 10 th participated in the event. Various yoga postures and asanas including pranayam and meditation were illustrated before the students. The students were also enlightened on the benefits of yoga, yogic exercises and recharge the body with cosmic energy and promote self-healing process. It removes negative blocks from the mind and toxins from the body, helps in attaining focus and concentration that is especially important for the students. Students were very excited to learn how to remain healthy and energetic and enjoyed Yoga session a lot.
